The longitudinal section reveals what distinguishes «en Öserige»: the harmonious connection of two parts of the building – old and new.
Each level unfolds its function with maximum clarity: from the functional lower ground floor, through the openly structured ground floor, up to the quiet retreat beneath the roof.
Practical, private, personal.
The lower ground floor offers far more than storage space: alongside the cellar, laundry room, and technical rooms, the stylish wine cellar stands out in particular – a place for calm and enjoyment. The generous garage with space for three vehicles, and the separate bicycle room, underline everyday practicality at the highest level. The three floors are also conveniently connected by a modern glass-enclosed interior lift, providing step-free access throughout. Here, form meets function.
Open-plan concept
Life unfolds on the ground floor. The high-end kitchen with the adjacent dining area becomes a place to connect – filled with light, open in design, and with direct access to the outdoor areas. In the restored original structure, the fireplace and lounge area invite you to spend cosy hours. A screen integrated into the ceiling transforms the living area into a private home cinema.
